story
We originated as a startup developed from Isolution’s product accelerator.
We co-created a company specializing in creating IT solutions that respond to the challenges brought to life by GDPR.
Together, we have over 25 years of experience in creating and developing systems based on sensitive data for the banking, insurance and energy industries, amongst others.
At work, we use the latest technologies, such as big data and machine learning, which allow us to create efficient and effective tools that support business development.
WHY
As programmers, development team members, and company co-owners, we want to let people like us focus on what they do best - that is, systems and business development. We want to free the burden of needing to focus on challenges brought to life by GDPR.

HOW
We want to share with other development teams the solutions we developed during our process of taming GDPR. Tools that allow us to not only carry out the processes of anonymization and data retention once, but allow us to monitor changes in sensitive data in all company systems in a continuous and automated manner.

Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.
We don't believe in magic, but we do believe in quality, flexibility, agility and simplifying the development process. We try to work in accordance with these beliefs.
We are not theorists. Our products were created based on our experience and have been tested in our projects. That is how we know that what we offer works in practice.
We work closely with our clients. We understand that each of them has their own needs. For this reason, we offer implementation support, during which we adapt our products to individual requirements.

Senior Software Engineer
I am a programmer with over 5 years of experience working for companies in the insurance and financial industries. My experience working for clients of various sizes helps me develop software while keeping in mind the problems these businesses face. I attach great importance to development. At Wizards, I am responsible for product development, data analysis and carrying out implementations.
Adam Szydłowski
Senior Software Engineer
My adventure with programming started in high school. In college, I created software related to telemetry systems for cars. I have been working in the Java technology stack for 7 years. In recent years, I have delved into software architecture and DevOps. I am interested in the relationship between components and containerization of IT systems. In addition to IT, my passions include sports cars and sailing.
Marcin Gorgoń
Senior Software Engineer
Programming is my passion. I can’t even count the hours I have spent outside of work doing so-called Competitive Programming. Today, the experience I have gained from both commercial work and from algorithmic puzzles I directly translate into creating productive and efficient solutions at Wizards. Aside from this, I dedicate a lot of attention to resolving issues related to security in IT, about which I had the pleasure to speak at Confitura. In our team, aside from programming, I am often responsible for identifying the needs of our clients and efficiently implementing our products.
Aleksandra Borkowska
Software Developer
That I chose to work in IT was not an accident. For as long as I can remember I have been fascinated by designing structures and the relationships between them. It is for this reason that I enjoy working with products from Wizard, whose main goal is ensuring database security in IT systems. At Wizards, I am responsible for designing and implementing key mechanisms in our products. I also support the production process and the quality control of our tools.
